Shuang's stage debut was in Outhouse Theatre's 2019 production of Annie Baker's JOHN. Shuang played the lead role of Jenny, alongside Australia's TV queen Belinda Giblin. JOHN wonBest Independent Production at the Sydney Theatre Awards in 2020.
